There’s been a large outage and we think everyone’s been restored. Our customer service representatives are calling homes to make sure that you have power. Unfortunately, we don’t have your current phone number, the call never gets through, and you’re left wondering why we haven’t restored your power.

While this might be a little dramatic, it is important that you keep a current phone number with us. When you call in an outage or an after-hours emergency situation to our “877” number, our answering service utilizes a caller id system that automatically pulls up your account information. This saves you and our service provider time when it really counts.

You can call, e-mail or write your phone number on your bill stub. We’ll take care of entering the new number or just verify the current one.
