Electric Service from SREC

Residential Service:
Available to consumers for year-round and seasonal use, subject to established rules and regulations of the Co-op.
Type of Service: Single-phase, 60 cycles, at available secondary voltages.

Monthly Rate:

Facility charge @ $ 9.59
NJ Energy charge @ $ 0.1037790 per kWh
NYS Energy charge @ $ 0.0963610 per kWh (NJ taxes not included)
PCA charge @ $ 0.004 per kWh (PCA: Power Cost Adjustment Charge if applicable)
ETS charge @ $ 0.0551730 per kWh (Electric Thermal Storage Special Program Rate click here to get more information on the ETS Program)
TEFA @ $ 0.002934 per kWh (Transitional Energy Facility Assessment)

Minimum Charge: The minimum monthly charge under this schedule is $9.59.

Seasonal Service: Consumers who occupy their residence or other property on a part-time basis, either during certain seasons of the year or intermittently throughout the year, shall guarantee a minimum annual payment of 12 times the monthly consumer charge. This guarantee shall be in the form of a prepayment of $115.08 on or before April 1 of each year. Meters will remain in place for 12 months of the year.

Service under this schedule is contingent on the residence meeting the requirements and specifications of the Co-op. Rates subject to change with proper notification.
